  • How do I renew my subscription?

    At the end of your supscription you will receive an email notifying you that your subscription is coming to an end, we will ask if you would like to renew and for what length. Follow the link in the email and you it will allow you to renew your subscription.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will send you a prepaid shipping label, drop off at your nearest post office and we will issue you a full refund.

  • How many Devices per subscription?

    Currently we only offer 1 device per subscription, although we are working on a discounted rate to add devices to your current subscription.

  • Do i get local channels?

    Yes our service offers all local channels for the major cities within each state.

  • Can i password lock the device?

    Yes you can add a password to keep people out of the Goat media App.

  • Are there adult channels?

    Yes there is an adult video section within your 6,000 channels. 18+

    Settings>Device Preferences>HDMI CEC>Toggle CEC Switch off, then back on. Sound should work now.
